Introductory Workshops
Our introductory workshops are designed for those with little or no prior experience of soap and toiletries making. However, most groups do include more experienced soap makers who have come along to learn new ideas, or perhaps bounce questions off our trainers (people often come back to do more than workshop and that is brilliant as we enjoy hearing about how their hobby or product range is developing). Yes, contact Daniel Janes on 01484 453453 When booked as a gift we issue a deluxe gift voucher. Places have been booked as birthday and anniversary gifts, retirement presents, and even wedding presents! I have a family or a job and it is hard to go away for a full weekend! Family Friendly Booking Policy We understand that a full weekend can often be difficult which is why you can book to attend on the Saturday on one weekend, and the Sunday on the next, and still only pay the weekend booking fee. We are however only able to offer this service on the Introductory Workshops: on the advanced workshops attendance is required for both days to meet the program outcomes and to be fair to the other members of the groups you will be working in. If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please contact Daniel Janes by telephone on 01484 453453 so that we can make the appropriate arrangements for you. Departmental/School/Agency Bookings. All of our workshops can be booked as staff development, or as the development of a trainee or member of an enterprise scheme. We are happy to accept bookings on a purchase order or invoice basis and will provide the necessary proof of attendance. Bespoke Workshops and Training Packages. Our trainers now travel worldwide to provide training and consultancy services. Work includes private workshops similar to our public program, development of product ranges, adapting methods for specific purposes and workshops for teachers and youth leaders who wish to use soap making, etc, with young people. Within the EU we are happy to provide training and to assist in project or business development. We are also able to assist with the development of projects for those working with special needs. To discuss your requirements please contact us. Young Peoples Workshops. Young people love this! Teaching young people to make their own soaps and toiletries is huge fun. We are happy to provide workshops, staffed by personnel who have had the appropriate background checks completed.
