This ready made lip balm base has been especially formulated to ensure luscious soft and silky lips every time. It is available in a wide variety of flavours and of course natural unflavoured too. Enriched naturally with vitamin e and a blend of the finest ingredients it is very simple to use. Simply re-melt on a low heat in a microwave or baine marie(double boiler), and spoon into any sized lip balm pots. Allow 24 hours to set fully and then deocrate the pot with a simple label, art work or a bow and as it is pre-certified by our cosmetic chemist you can legally sell it as part of your product range, for fund raising or for fun!
